四、工作原理
根據歐姆定律,被測(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)Rx等于施加電(dian)(dian)壓V除以(yi)通過的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流I。傳統的(de)(de)高阻(zu)計(ji)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)原理是(shi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓V固定,通過測(ce)(ce)量(liang)流過取樣(yang)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流I來(lai)得(de)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值。從歐姆定律可(ke)以(yi)看出,由(you)于電(dian)(dian)流I是(shi)與電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)成反(fan)比(bi)(bi),而(er)不(bu)是(shi)成正比(bi)(bi),所以(yi)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)顯示值是(shi)非(fei)線(xian)性的(de)(de),即電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)無窮大時,電(dian)(dian)流為零,即表頭的(de)(de)零位(wei)處是(shi)∞,其(qi)附近的(de)(de)刻(ke)度(du)非(fei)常密,分(fen)辨率很低。整個刻(ke)度(du)是(shi)非(fei)線(xian)性的(de)(de)。又由(you)于測(ce)(ce)量(liang)不(bu)同的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)時,其(qi)電(dian)(dian)壓V也(ye)會有些(xie)變化,所以(yi)普通的(de)(de)高阻(zu)計(ji)是(shi)精度(du)差、分(fen)辨率低。
數(shu)字高阻(zu)(zu)計是(shi)(shi)同(tong)時測出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)兩端(duan)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓V和流(liu)(liu)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)I,通(tong)過內部的(de)大規模集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路完(wan)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓除以電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)計算,然后把所(suo)(suo)得到的(de)結(jie)果經過A/D轉換后以數(shu)字顯(xian)(xian)示出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值,即便是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)兩端(duan)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓V和流(liu)(liu)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)I是(shi)(shi)同(tong)時變(bian)化(hua),其顯(xian)(xian)示的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值不象普通(tong)高阻(zu)(zu)計那樣(yang)因被(bei)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓V的(de)變(bian)化(hua)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)I的(de)變(bian)化(hua)而變(bian),所(suo)(suo)以,即使(shi)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、被(bei)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等發(fa)生變(bian)化(hua)對其結(jie)果影響不大,其測量精度很高(*),從理(li)論上講其誤差(cha)可以做到零(ling),而實(shi)際誤差(cha)可以做到千分(fen)之幾或萬(wan)分(fen)之幾。見(jian)計量檢定(ding)證書-> (國家(jia)標準GB/T1410-2006《固體絕緣材料 體積電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率和表面(mian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率試驗方(fang)法》對*度的(de)規定(ding)為低于1010Ω為±10%, 更高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)時為±20%。)
